Goofs:
Continuity: Earnshaw is in the warehouse viewing the courtroom on video. She says to her assistant, "who is that?" He asks, "do you mean the guy talking to Vargas' lawyer?" The goof is that Hardison, Vargas' lawyer isn't in the room yet. He and Nate walk into the courtroom later. It's noticeable because she really should want to know who's whispering with the plaintiff's lawyer. more
