Things get off to a hot start when a prisoner under interrogation tries to force his way out of the police station. When pepper spray doesn't stop him, he is tasered but he bursts into flame. The autopsy also reveals that he has green blood. When others are brought into to the morgue with green blood, the CSI team is able to trace a common thread running through all of the victims and a homemade drug all of them were using.
