Traditionally Utah is home of family films or television shows and that's fine, BUT... ANIMALS isn't one of those and I think that's great!
I worked four days on this film as Bart Johnson's banker buddy, mostly in the bar scene. I loved watching the director work - with all of that well-lubricated scene shot by him, hand-held. Animals has a strong crew and cast all the way around and they were a pleasure to work with.
The combination of horror, humor and sex, set this flick on fire! There was some controversy about it being shot in "Wholesome Utah" but from the scenes I participated in, it should be one of the most intense movies ever made in Brother Brigham's old neighborhood.

What happened to this film? Apparently it was featured at a horror film festival, but as far as I can tell, has never been released, even on cable or DVD. Did the Animals drag if off into the night?
