The director of Blindness was drawing from a vast knowledge or understanding of textures true of life. Mr. SanMiguel reveals a color palette similar to the masters of light and color. The composition and placement of the settings of Blindness bring depth to the complex nature of the plot. Set in NYC the director travels throughout the different textures of the city.
