A animation film noir, which have more elements of neo-noir rather than the called film-noir. I think the title only means the fact that the movie is done in black and white.
By the way, the animation is incredible, for a movie co-worked with Serbians and Americans (at least, it looks like the production is Serbian) and the storyline really amazed me for someone who isn't very in touch with films.
It contains a lot of female nudity, but, as for the animation, it is natural, so, don't expect erotic scenes or profanity. It's everything naturally drawn.
The plot starts with a man with amnesia, who tries to discover (or uncover) his own identity, and the reason to be in the situation he's in.
A well done film. I liked it.
