Chris's Story, 11 December 2007

Marginally better than Jal's tale of the previous episode, this outing show's life through Chris's eyes as waking up one day to his mom already having left seemingly for good and leaving him a grand in cash, which he promptly blows through by having a rager that very night. Feeling alone (more so than he ever did) he confides in Jal and the teacher that he lusts after. But will he ever get over his addiction? Only time will tell.

I liked this episode much more then the previous one as it wasn't nearly as bland (don't get me wrong, it was still short of achieving the greatness of the first two episodes of the series). It was equal parts funny (the Viagra incident, the squatter, etcetera) and a tad depressing. Chris seems like a good bloke who's just made rather horrid choices in life.

My Grade: B-
