Trivia:
The episode is named after an album by 8MM. moreGoofs:
Factual errors: When the medic is giving Lucas CPR, he is pumping his stomach, not his chest where his heart would be. Pumping his stomach would do nothing in the case of Cardiac arrest. moreQuotes:
Keith Scott: [as a ghost] Seeing your mom still takes my breath away.Lucas 'Luke' Scott: Even though technically you don't have any breath. I do. I just saw myself in the room. Guess I'm still breathing for now.
Keith Scott: She feels guilty for letting you play.
Lucas 'Luke' Scott: It's my fault. I didn't take my pills.
Keith Scott: Yeah, you know what? That was a very stupid thing to do, Luke.
Lucas 'Luke' Scott: I was trying to win a state championship. And anyway, a spirit is not allowed to call people stupid.
Keith Scott: I'm dead. I can say whatever the hell I want.
Lucas 'Luke' Scott: Yeah, well it isnt very nice!
Keith Scott: Not taking your pills wasm't either.
Lucas 'Luke' Scott: Yes! I know that, but you don't have to call me stupid. So what if I don't wake up?

I haven't seen the whole thing yet but from the clips that I saw it seems that it is one of the best episodes this season. Brooke is so selfless to let Peyton have the one she truly loves. The Naley scenes pawned the whole episode and Keith was back which made me happy. Though, i'm a brucas shipper myself...I believe that Peyton needs to see that Lucas doesn't really love her. He seems to be in love with Brooke but just in denial about it. The quote that Keith said makes me believe he was talking about Brooke and how Lucas can't mistake his true love for caring about Peyton. I'm glad that Mark didn't make Brooke just up and become Peyton's best friend again, she needs to learn that cheating with your best friend's boyfriend is wrong and she needs to stop.
