- Japanese director Umetsugu Inoue casts his favorite young Taiwanese screen ingénue Lily Ho in their second of five Hong Kong film collaborations where he remakes his own 1957 Yûjirô Ishihara vehicle "Man Who Causes a Storm" in Chinese for Shaw Brothers starring hot property leading man Ling Yun in the Ishihara role as "King Drummer".
