Movie for maniacs and perverts

This is horrible movie, I cannot find anything that can justify the way the director made this film.

Is it good to show necrophiliac rape with the accompaniment of immortal Mulyavin's song? I'm sure the composer would strongly objected this. The director is insane.

Is it acceptable to show all these perversions? What new we can find in this movie? Soviet reality, no human rights, extreme violence of cops? Those who lived in the USSR are familiar with this.

Too much mistakes in the movie. Starting from the absurd of wearing "CCCP" t-shirts and finishing with impossibility to clear the crime in such a long term.
