Leave it to Charles Band to find ways to recycle characters from past films and add them to a new plot. We get Phil Fondacaro from Decadent Evil, Tim Thomerson from Trancers, the Gingerdead Man, the Jack In The Box and Rabbit from Trancers II. Plus he pimps his Monster Bra line at the same time. Throw in lots of bong hits, naked chicks and lots of stoner talk and you have a mildly amusing way to waste an hour and a half. Eebee, the bong of the title lures people in by getting them high and then stealing their souls. Every time a soul is taken, the bong's physical appearance changes. Tommy Chong shows up in the last half hour to play the owner of the bong. There's nothing really special about the film but it is enjoyable. It just tries too hard to be cult. Any film with Tommy Chong can't be that bad, can it?
