Show on prime-time BBC1 in the run up to the fifth anniversary to 9/11 this docu-drama is compelling and powerful with its ability to actually tell the awful story that we feel we have all heard before.
The "synopsis" of the documentary is retelling what happened on September 11th told by those who survived the towers. It is told through there testimonies and flashbacks featuring actors (including the guy from Lost!).
It is highly emotional and hard to watch at points, and although there have been numerous tellings of 9/11, for some reason the combination of acting and real news footage, gives the acting a feel of actuality.
Its highly compelling to watch, but not something I would really feel the need to watch again, I am sure it will transfer over to the US sometime, and it is worth a watch.
