A partially clothed woman (With her legs around a man's chest) moans pleasurably and makes explicit sexual comments while having sex with him (She thrusts continiously while he grunts). Many completely nude women (Some wearing skimpy panties) process heroin in various scenes, with distanced shots of their breasts and various other portions of their anatomy including pubic hair. A man dances sensually with two scaintly-clad women. Topless women massage a man. A man admires an exotic dancer who preforms a dance for him.

A man is set on fire and shot to death. Many people are shot in a graphic fashion.

A man is shot in the head at point-blank range.

A man puts another mans head in a piano and crushes his head. While the man in question is not shown the sounds are quite explicit.

The story follows the rise of a drug dealer, who primarily trafficks heroin. As a result, throughout the film, heroin is shown and depicted in various ways. Characters throughout the course of the movie inject themselves with heroin filled needles (These scenes are very graphic and continious) in various places, or snort heroin. Alcohol is used in several scenes.

Some of the scenes in this movie are pretty intense. Not for viewers under the age of 18.
