In a recent survey commissioned by Orange, in association with Orange Wednesday, it was revealed that - shock! horror! - people sometimes lie about the films they have seen….especially if someone from Orange collars them in the street and asks them what films they’ve lied about seeing. Dirty Dancing, Taxi Driver and Gone With The Wind are all in the top ten, while 1 in 5 people have apparently lied about seeing the 1972 masterpiece The Godfather. The reason for doing so is unclear (Dirty Dancing?) but it got me thinking about those films that I probably should have seen, possibly never will never see, but if someone asked me…well, I might just say I have. Why? Because I’m just so, so ashamed! Discounting all the world cinema that has so far slipped through the net, here are my top ten movie blanks: Ben Hur Casablanca High Noon The Magnificent Ambersons »

Tina Fey and Justin Timberlake's visits to "Saturday Night Live" paid off when they were announced as the winners of Outstanding Guest Actress and Actor in Comedy Series respectively at 61st Annual Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Fey thus picked up her sixth Emmy for her career, thanks to her resemblance to Alaskan governor Sarah Palin and her knack in spoofing her.
Fey, who left her dress at home to opt pants and blazer, paid a homage to Palin in her acceptance speech. She said, "Mrs. Palin is an inspiration to working mothers everywhere because she bailed on her job right before Fourth of July weekend. You are living my dream. Thank you, Mrs. Palin."
Timberlake, who was not spotted attending the event, made a history by becoming the first "SNL" host to win an Emmy. For the first time in years, a host of the sketch show could »

Hollywood star Drew Barrymore has ruled out starring in any more romantic comedies - because the genre has defined her career for the last decade.
The actress admits she has been drawn to lighthearted projects like 2004's 50 First Dates and 2007's Music and Lyrics in the past; but now she's 34, she's looking to branch out and take on more daring movie roles.
She's already got one edgy drama under her belt - dark TV movie Grey Gardens - but she's keen to expand her resume.
She tells Elle magazine, "I’m in my thirties now, and I really want to try all the things that I haven’t gotten to do yet, like directing, and doing a drama.
"I’ve produced and gotten to do a lot of optimistic love stories, and that was so where I was at for 10 years in my life. And now I feel like, 'Okay, now I know how to do that.' I wanted to get scared again." »
