The new Mexican drug minister is in Los Angeles and there are death threats out on him. The SpecOps are assigned to protect him. Sure enough, as the minister "Alberto Salazar"comes out of building, there's a drive-by but the assassination attempt fails. Jonas and company chase after the shooters in their car and catch them. They then learn that this was just part of the crime attempt, that the Salazar's family has been kidnapped.
The second story has Mack being left behind by the Corporal (who probably wants more time with Mack's wife) for a little hunting R&R after being slightly wounded last week at a training exercise. However, we see that someone out in the woods has Mack in their gun sights. The ending to this segment was outstanding.
The third story, the weekly women's story, has a wife of an ex-Unit member who has now gone into private business doing similar kind of work for huge bucks - almost 10 times what the guys are making now. She's recruiting Unit members for her and husband's business. Jonas' wife "Molly" (Regina Taylor) has the answer.
Another very good episode except for the only thing hasn't really been consistent with the rest of the show: the commander (Patrick), always shown as a straight shooter, making love to Mack's wife, who is turning out to be a total sleaze but yet is not pictured that way. Well, that's Hollywood for you.
