Although this film uses the name of the real town of Ankeny, Iowa, it creates an entirely fictional town around it. The real Ankeny is a major suburb of Des Moines in Polk County, while the town portrayed in this episode is a sleepy little town in "County." The events of the episode also take place at the fraternities and sororities of the fictional "Eastern Iowa University" (Ankeny is in central Iowa). The only college in Ankeny is a campus of Des Moines Area Community College, or DMACC. more

Oh that's right! I've seen exactly the same story in movie called 'Urban Legends', a movie that isn't exactly known as the best and most interesting horror movie but at least it was better and it offered more than this episode ever will...
Probably the best part of this episode, its highlight was on the start of the movie (after the title that is) when we hear great song made by Quiet Riot 'Metal Health (Bang Your Head)', and that's where the excitement stops and predictable things start, nothing you haven't seen trust me, but also badly acted and less witty than usual for 'Supernatural' series.
If you just became a 'Supernatural' fan and you are looking for earlier episodes like this one, and by any chance none of your friend has it, you can stop looking because trust me you won't miss anything important or anything fun.
