Goofs:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): (At 35:14) Daniel says to Alec Colson, "The F.C.C. is investigating you for securities fraud". The F.C.C. is the Federal Communications Commission. The S.E.C. is the Securities and Exchange Commission and they investigate securities fraud.
