KAOS has been using a siren named Octavia (Gayle Hunnicutt) to drive every number two man at CONTROL to their death. The Chief speculates they are targeting the number two man because he is the one in charge of the codes. On direct order from President Johnson (the Chief gets the message on a longhorn phone) Hymie is appointed number two man at CONTROL in the hopes of foiling KAOS, under the assumption a robot will be able to resist Octavia's attractiveness. But Hymie ends up finding love with Octavia when he discovers she is the next generation of KAOS robots and falls in love.

Not as laugh out loud funny as the first two Hymie episodes, but this has a nice sweetness to it that makes it well worth watching.
