Rachel wants to change Joey's chair from the place it usually stays to put a couch there. Joey is against this idea because he thinks ''Rosita'', his chair, stays in a perfect angle for everything, including to watch Stevie, the television. When Rachel tries to change the chair from where it is, she ends up breaking it. To compensate Joey for what she did, she brings Joey to a store to buy a new and better chair.
Chandler goes to Joey's apartment and sit on ''Rosita'', making her fall to pieces. He thinks he broke Joey's chair and changes it for his chair.
Ross and Monica are angry that their parents are going to sell their house and they didn't tell anything before to them. They go to pick their childhood stuff, but while Ross' stuff are in great condition, Monica's stuff are all rotten, because they were to used to protect Jack's Porsche from the water in the garage.
Phoebe is not receiving sufficient money from her massages, so she takes Ross' advice and try to work in the telemarketing business. She goes to to work on Empire Officers to try to sell toners, and in one of her calls, Phoebe meets Earl, a guy who is depressive and wants to kill himself.
