Trivia:

The art used to depict the city on Paradeen in this episode was later used for New Chicago and the Directorate building from "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century", starring Gil Gerard. Both series were created and produced by Glen Larson.

Goofs:

Revealing mistakes: Just after Apollo shoots the barrels with his laser, the camera cuts back to Michael. As Michael is speaking to Apollo, an airplane can be seen flying by in the background (it couldn't be an alien craft of any kind, because the planet is uninhabited.)

Quotes:

Capt. Apollo: Michael, in our language Terra's a word sometimes used by an ancient race to refer to Earth. Have you ever heard Terra called Earth?
Michael: Yes, but it's also a term used to refer to the soil, other planets in our galaxy with similar environments. You have to understand, it's a common belief with us that we al stem from the same tree.
