Nothing Graphic some mild thrusting but you only see their outlines. The R mainly comes from the idea that he's cheating. The nudity is mainly male, but there is a brief scene where he watches a woman washing you can briefly see her bottom, and her breasts but only from the side. (no nipples) A man also visits a brothel but does not partake in its services. ( Besides the adulterous nature of the film there's nothing to sexual, nothing you wouldn't see in a PG-13 rated movie)

Dead bodies and a person who got hung, and a character is a gun trader. (the violence was worse than the sexual content)
