As the film is based around the existence of indigenous Central or South American natives, there is a fair amount of indigenous nudity.Which is to say that nearly every female is topless. In one scene, an old woman gives a young woman something to make sex with her partner more pleasurable. She gives him oral sex, but the thing in her mouth she was given is a prank. It burns muscle tissue ands skin when you touch it. The man and woman scream in a hut during intercourse. The man runs out of the hut and holds his genitals screaming in pain. He's fully nude and he runs to a bathtub to cool his genitals off.
The film depicts a violent indigenous culture. Human sacrifice is shown. Decapitation is shown. As much of the movie deals with inter-tribe conflict, there are various fairly graphic hand-to-hand fight sequences and scenes depicting tribal violence and the aftermath of the violence.Overall, the film contains brutal, bloody, and very graphic violence.
