Fun Stuff

Goofs:
Factual errors: The effect of increased nitrogen in the human bloodstream is known as nitrogen narcosis, which simulates the effects of drunkenness. This can have various health consequences, but immediate explosion is not one of them. more
Quotes:
Dr. Krause: This would have been easier... if we used sharks, that laid eggs.
Dr. Preston King: Easier? Maybe. But the giant hammerhead isn't like other sharks. It's the pinnacle of shark evolution. Nurtures its young in placenta. What's a Great White? It's a machine - swims and eats. Doesn't think, like the sphyrna mokarran. The sphyrna is far more advanced. Much more capable of being genetically integrated with the human race.

more sci fi crap!!, 10 July 2006
Author: DisgorgedMenstrualSludge from Hell

Another tired killer mutated shark movie from the Sci Fi Channel. Jeffrey Combs, basically playing his mad scientist role in REANIMATOR again (not that I'm comparing this to that, believe me), is a scientist who goes crazy after his son is killed. He uses the DNA from a woman and a hammerhead shark to create a mutated creature. He then brings in a group of scientists who he tries to feed to his shark-son but they escape and the movie veers off into complete crap. Combs is fun to watch, pulling shark/human fetuses out of women but the movie is so repetitive otherwise that it is painful to watch. Avoid this mindless nonsense.
