Sorry, I just couldn't get into the whole MTV-takes over-UFC money grubbing "reality show" mood this series presents. Basically, a bunch of the nation's best fighters play "house" and train together, while UFC legends Liddell and Couture coach them and choose "teams". But although the drama was mildly entertaining (Chris Leben was truly annoying and arrogant, considering the company he was in), it wore thin, esp. when the "fighters" were forced to do ridiculous things like carry logs and run obstacle courses more suitable for Navy SEAL training than for fighting. Only the fights were interesting. But if you really want to see how these fighters are like as people, go ahead and watch it. No one impressed me too much, except Couture. UFC Prez Dana White gives a ridiculous diatribe once he finds out some of the fighters are miffed about not being paid for their fights. I hoped one of them would have jumped up on him and cracked him one; after all, he's using them as much as they are using him to get a UFC contract. It all seems like hopelessly staged drama, and nobody saves 100% face. UFC--don't become like WWF!!!!!
