The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

A sexual theme involving a middle aged man and an adolescent female. There are references to child porn and the teen girl comments on the mans genital size.

Violence & Gore

Occasional, sudden and tense. Torture in both the sense of mental and physical anguish is a theme that carries throughout the movie. Could be mentally disturbing to some.

Window cleaner and bleach are squirted into a man's mouth to stop him from screaming.

A significant and drawn-out scene involves a surgical castration by the teen in a private home against the victim's will. The victim pleads against it but the surgery proceeds while the victim is numbed but awake. It is not quite explicitly shown, but there is a video camera trained on the procedure and an out-of-focus TV monitor can be seen with vague forms of internal tissue and organs. Sound effects can also be heard. : Later in the film, it is found out that the man was not actually castrated

A man is repeatedly electrified with a stun gun.

One scene shows self-hanging by rope. The act occurs off-screen but the rope can be seen stretching taut.

Profanity

Occasional uses of the F-word, as well as s**t and other milder profanities.

Occasional alcohol use, including an adolescent female. However, a message is stated twice with relation to this subject - that one should never drink something which they haven't mixed themselves.

A man is drugged with pills secretly added to an alcoholic drink.

Some scenes of tension and emotional distress.

The scene involving surgery (see "Violence & Gore") contains heightened tension and suspense as the victim pleads emotionally and at length for mercy beforehand.

The operation around which the terror is based is a castration, which may hold terror for viewers.
