• Continuity: Jeff's facial hair is noticeably thicker in the opening coffee shop scene than it is later in the day.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: While Jeff is tied to the table you can clearly see the padding in his socks where the ropes are tied.
  
  
• Miscellaneous: Hayley isn't seen changing the ice, yet the bag appears full when ever lifted without the bottom being dominated by melted ice (better known as water), also for as long as the ice had been sitting on his lap, you would think that there would be a distinct discoloration, but there isn't.
  
  

• Continuity: In scenes where Jeff is tied up, the location and quantity of sweat on his forehead and underarms changes frequently between shots.
  
  
• Factual errors: When Hayley uses the stun gun on Jeff in the shower, they're both under the water stream so she would have been zapped as well.
  
  
• Continuity: SPOILERl: When Haley is wrapping Jeff's head with plastic wrap, one shot shows the roll empty, but the next has it full again and she continues to wrap his head.
  
  
• Continuity: When Jeff is struggling to get the bonds off when he is on the castration table, his hands and wrists are all red and there are heavy red marks all over his wrists. When Jeff confronts Hayley and he falls down (on the roof), his wrists are completely clean and no marks are seen at all.
  
  
• Continuity: The visible padding to the socks when Jeff is tied to the table are later equally visibly missing.
  
  
• Continuity: The ice is never anywhere near Jeff's crotch.
  
  
• Continuity: Near the end of the film, the girl is shown having trouble heaving the unconscious body of the man across the floor. The next time we see the man, he is standing upright on a chair with a noose around his neck. There is no way to stand an unconscious man up on a chair, and the girl was clearly not strong enough to force him onto the chair were he awake. Getting the man into this position is left unexplained presumably because it would be impossible.
  
  

• Continuity: SPOILER: When Jeff jumps off the roof, the rope is seen in front of his body, but when it pans out and you see the silhouette, it is behind his body.
