This was actually the first Leisure suit Larry game I've played, and I was quite impressed by it. Unfortunately, I bought the censored version. If you buy this in the USA, make sure it says "Uncut and Uncensored" on the box, otherwise you get ripped off.
Larry is a 25 year old college student who's never had sex. The object of this game is to talk to the women in the college, and try to get them to sleep with you. You can walk Larry through various parts of the college and surrounding areas, all which are in a 3-D environment. The graphics are good, and the soundtrack is good. The voice acting is superb, and the dialog is totally hilarious. There's even a porn fairy in a pink tutu who looks like Ron Jeremy, he gives you useful tips on genital hygiene.
The downside of this game is the repetition. You spend most of the time playing mini-games in order to keep up your confidence, and earn money. I believe there were only about 8 different mini-games, which are put into different settings according to the situation Larry is in. The games get harder as you progress, but will get easier too if you keep losing them all (on adaptive mode). As you get more girls, you can eventually be on a game show called Swingles, and go on a date with one of three of the girls you met. Unfortunately, the really interesting girls don't show up on Swingles.
Overall, not a bad game. The humor is good enough that it makes up for the repetition. I just wish I had known that there were censored and uncensored versions. I'd rate this a 7/10. Better than the PC game for LOTR: Return of the King.
