New Goblin, A.K.A. Harry, is stabbed through the body, and he dies. Violent, but very emotional.

Miscellaneous people have drinks in a fancy restaurant where Peter arranges for the maitre d' to have champagne brought out to him and Mary Jane so that he can propose to her with it (but the later doesn't happen). Jonah smokes a cigar in almost every scene his in.

The New Goblin, Sandman, and Venom might be unsettling or scary to some younger kids

The end scene with Harry dying is very, very sad.
