The song playing during Peter's street-dancing scene was "People, Get up, and Drive Your Funky Soul"by James Brown. It is an edited version, though: the original was nine minutes and was featured on James Brown's 1988 album Motherlode. This version is two minutes and 24 seconds.

Yes, he's seen in the background at Harry Osborn's funeral.
It is unknown at this time when or if it will be released. It is also unknown how long it will be.Sam Raimi has not made any statements about a Director's Cut although Columbia have been known to release extended director's cuts on DVD for other titles in the past including Spider-Man 2.1. If a Director's Cut DVD is ever made of this film it is likely to be called Spider-Man 3.1 and be released to coincide with the threatrical release of Spider-Man 4 (just like Spider-Man 2.1 came out on DVD to coincide with the cinema release of Spider-man 3).
It is a plot hole. It is further explained in a scene that was deleted from the film, though. In the original scene, Eddie is watching as Marko turns into a sand castle, which his daughter plays with. Once his daughter leaves, Brock approaches Marko about killing Spider-Man.However, it is explained the comic tie in, "Into the Black", explaining what Eddie Brock did after he got the symbiote ( how he adjusted to the new powers and figured out who Spider-Man was using the Symbiote's biological memory). Eddie, as Venom, goes to Gwen Stacy's house. Sneaking in, he finds files in Captain Stacy's study on Flint Marko, presumably containing information on Marko's daughter.
When the film was completed the running time was set at 156 minutes on the IMDB page, then later reduced to 139 minutes. Therefore, about 17 minutes was cut from the final film. Note: Roeper and Lemire's review of the film presented the 156 minute (2hrs 36min) running time on screen, you can watch it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TiKsz3Zg6AY
Despite seemingly dying in an explosion at the end of Spider-Man 3 , Eddie Brock Jr. could be brought back for a sequel or spin-off. Additionally, the Symbiote is still alive in a couple places -- remember that Dr. Connors still has a piece of the Symbiote, and if you watch closely at the end you can see that part of the Symbiote is still moving after the explosion. It is widely believed that the Symbiote that Connors has will eventually bond with the yet-to-be-introduced character of Cletus Cassady to form Carnage, as was the case in the comics that Carnage was created in Venom's wake.It was recently announced in July, 2008 that there is now Venom spin-off in early pre-production that will follow Spider-Man 3. However, Topher Grace may not return for the role, as there have been several other hosts to the Venom Symbiote in the comics that could be used in a solo film, including the short lived Angelo Fortunato, and the Scorpion aka "Mac" Gargan. Eddie Brock, meanwhile, had the bits of Symbiote left over in his blood bond to his white blood cells, giving him a new white Venom-like suit. Along with a more altruistic attitude, Brock calls himself Anti-Venom. A potential spin-off could follow either of these plots.http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=47458
The suit has a will of its own. It didn't resist before because Peter took it off normally. It knew that Peter would eventually wear the black suit again. At the church bell tower, Peter was taking it off because he didn't want it. The suit sensed that, and resisted.
Yes, all their stores closed in 2007, though this footage was most likely shot in 2006 before all the stores closed down.
