I happened to see this.....mess....at an Indie festival screening.
Now, I have never been to Prague, and after seeing this garbage I don't EVER want to go there, not because the city is ugly (which it isn't) but I would be afraid of running into the people responsible for this disaster and killing them, thus earning me large amounts of jail time.
First off, it portrays Czech men as beer drinking dim witted dolts and Czech women as money obsessed whores. This is irresponsible film making. The Americans, as portrayed in this film, all state they are on a mission to "lift the Czech people up" whatever the hell that means.
The plot centers on a bunch of Americans in Prague in 1989 (when Communism was conquered). The plot, what there is of it, centers around a woman named Ewell (Director Nancy Bishop, killing her career before it even begins), and her efforts to spake some sort of Bohemian Artistic revolution or something.
What was supposed to be a documentary spoof is quickly forgotten, and the perspective of the film jumps from third person to first person at random times.
The city of Prague looks GREAT, unfortunately for the film it doesn't help it.
