Robin Wright is best known for playing two highly iconic roles on the big screen. The first, was where she gained her fame as the title role in Rob Reiner's The Princess Bride, the second is where she earned her Oscar nomination as Jenny in Forrest Gump. Blake Lively is best known for her break-through roles on both the hit series Gossip Girl and in the movies The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and it's sequel. So it only makes sense that the two actresses would share the title role, playing the same character at different points of her life in the new film The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, opening in theaters on November 27th. We recently had a chance to sit down with both Robin Wright and Blake Lively to discuss their new film, how they went about playing the same character, working with director Rebecca Miller »

MoviesOnline sat down recently with Blake Lively to talk about her role in “The Private Lives of Pippa Lee,” directed by Rebecca Miller. Adapted from writer-director Rebecca Miller’s novel of the same name, the film follows the adventures of Pippa Lee, a serene, beautiful, devoted wife and mother with a seemingly perfect life -- until her surprisingly volatile past crashes through her persona, forcing her to find her true sense of self. She begins to question the seemingly fulfilling life she’s made for herself by entering into a dialogue with the demons of her past.
With a film spanning a single character’s lifetime, Rebecca Miller planned from the onset for a second performer to portray the teenage Pippa Lee. What remained unclear was who was best suited for the part. Working with casting director Cindy Tolan, they considered nearly one hundred actors for the role before setting their sights on rising star, »

Baldy Us comedian David Cross on aliens, chipmunks, upsetting the President and molesting the Pope
Hello, David. You grew up in Roswell, Georgia, which is presumably the same place as Roswell, New Mexico (1). Did you ever notice anything fishy/alien?
The aliens in New Mexico were from space whereas I was a poor fatherless Jew in a Baptist area of Georgia. That made me the alien.
You recently got into trouble for snorting coke 40 feet away from the President at some sort of Presidential dinner. What's next? Shooting up heroin 10cm away from the Pope?
A controlled substance is a controlled substance whether it's cocaine or heroin. That isn't really upping the stakes. I'd like to molest the Pope to the point he enjoys it so much he doesn't even file a complaint.
You're 45 and dating very attractive 26-year-old Hollywood actress Amber Tamblyn (2) (3). Do you give hope to baldies everywhere? »

Jensen Ackles (CW's Supernatural, My Bloody Valentine 3-D) has been rumored to be in almost every movie in production from the lead in The First Avenger: Captain America to Resident Evil: Afterlife (listed as Leon Kennedy) to The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 3. Ok, that last one we made up, but here's a video of Ackles refuting the rumors of both Afterlife and Captain America.

Directed by: Vicky Jenson
Cast: Alexis Bledel, Zach Gilford, Michael Keaton, Jane Lynch, Carol Burnett
Running Time: 1 hr 30 mins
Rating: PG-13
Release Date: August 21, 2009
Plot: Ryden Malby (Bledel) graduates from college and is forced to move back into her childhood home with her eccentric family, while she attempts to find a job, the right guy, and just a hint of where her life is headed.
Who’s It For? I would say teenage girls who loved Bledel in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, but I don’t know what positive lessons could be learned. Whatever you’re looking for, lower your expectations for this one.
Overall
It’s like two screenplays have been mashed together to form something that looks like a movie, but isn’t really.
In one of the stories, Ryden pins all of her hopes to her dream job straight out of college. She »

In "Post Grad," Alexis Bledel plays an overconfident college grad ready to take the world by storm. In real life, although Bledel never finished college, she's still somewhat of a graduate.
Bledel, 27, made her television debut as the overachieving Rory Gilmore on the critically acclaimed dramedy "Gilmore Girls" (she's pictured right, with co-star Lauren Graham). While the show aired, she also starred as the upper-crust Winnie Foster in the 2002 film adaptation of "Tuck Everlasting" and, later, as the head-over-heels-in-love Lena Kaligaris in »

Michael Rady met Rachael Kemery for the first time while he was attending Saint Joseph's Preparatory School, a Jesuit Prep school in Philadelphia. There has been no statement made on whether or not the newly engaged couple has already worked on wedding plans.
On screen, Rady made his acting debut in the feature film "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants", starring as Kostas Dounas. He currently stars as Jonah Miller, an aspiring filmmaker, »

Every girl's dream is to have a lifelong friend that you will always have. Well, that is what director Ken Kwapis created in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants in 2005. Before it became a major motion picture, it was a nationwide best selling book. This movie will have you laughing and crying all throughout. In The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, we follow four teenage girls who have been friends since childhood. Each girl comes from a different background, but that is what makes them the best of friends, because together they make up one complete soul. They may be four different people but they are all like one person when you put them all together. You have shy, quiet Lena; athletic, pretty, confidante Bridget; short-tempered Tibby who marches to the beat of her own drum; and low self-esteem Carmen. As they are getting ready to take off for the summer, »
