Season 1, Episode 46: Following the Straw Hat! Little Buggy's Big Adventure

Original Air Date—1 November 2000
It's morning, and the Straw Hat Pirates are enjoying their breakfast. Nami remembered when she and Luffy first meet, back when they encountered Buggy the Clown. Nami asked Luffy, if he'd know what had happen to Buggy. Luffy doesn't have a slight clue, but figures he's somewhere far away. Meanwhile on an island, the clown of terror himself, Buggy has spent his time wisely on the island Luffy punched him to the last time they met. He's shorter because he lost his parts from the last time. So he is now the height of a circus midget. He built a raft, and heads off to find Luffy. But he got attacked by a bunch of piranhas. And only made it to the next island. He finds a flight less bird(same size as him). So he decides to eat it. When he has it in his grasp, a much larger bird comes by to scare Buggy off. It attempts to eat him, but he's not that good to eat. And send him flying in the air and landed on another island. The island he landed on is Legendary Treasure Island(the same one the Straw Hat Pirates went to in Episode 18). Buggy hear's the voice of the Guardian God and tells him to get off the island. The voice was in fact Gaimon(the Bush haired guy in the box). Is protecting his mixed up animal friends from poachers. He presumes Buggy is one, and tries to shoot him. They both come face to face and it becomes an unusual battle. Specially when they are both the same height. When Gaimon has his gun pointed at Buggy, Buggy told him he's not at all interested in his animals. Just a regular pirate, which made Gaimon lowered his gun and told Buggy, that he was also a pirate. They apologized to one another, and soon became friends. Later that night, Gaimon, Buggy, and the mixed up animals drank sake around an open camp fire. Gaimon told Buggy about the 20 years he spent on the island. And how he protected a treasure that wasn't there. He offered him a chance in being part of his new crew(which he's yet to accomplished). But Gaimon prefers to stay on the island to look after his animal friends. Buggy reminded Gaimon of Luffy(but referred to him as a helpful young man). While Buggy mentioned a young man he despises(but doesn't use Luffy's name). They both presume they're talking about 2 completely different people they've encountered. And throughout the night they drank. The next day, Buggy's raft was made for his departure and said goodbye to Gaimon and his animals. But he encounters a large crab which destroyed the raft. Then a ship came by and killed the giant crab. Gaimon was relieved that his friend is safe and sound. The one who saved him is a slender/attractive woman who knows he's Buggy the Clown. She shows him the wanted sign of Luffy, which made Buggy shout with anger. Buggy got acquainted with the hot woman, as they're both after the same guy. And decide to team up, and who is this mysterious woman?

Usopp and Nami made it to the harbor, only to find Mohji and Richie, who failed to burn the Going Merry because of the rain. But Tashigi called Zoro soft for letting her live in failure. She thinks he spared her life because she's a woman. Then as she talked, it almost sounded exactly the same statement, that Kunia used. Zoro back talked her that she is talking just like his friend. But Kunia thinks Zoro is acting too naive that she'd be imitating someone he'd know. And thinks it was his friend who copied her. He left with Luffy and Sanji, only they came across with Smoker. Luffy told them that he'll catch up later. Smoker reminded Luffy that he must pass him in order to get to the Grand Line. Nami and Usopp managed to cast off the shore. Usopp told Nami that they still need to wait for Zoro, Sanji, and Luffy. But Nami can't do a thing about it with all the Marines shooting at them with rifles and cannons too. Sanji made it, but he's too busy fighting off the army of marines. Since it was too dangerous to go to shore, due to the storm. Usopp jumps out, and helps out Sanji with his slingshot skills. So Smoker and Luffy fought again. Only Luffy discovers that not only is Smoker quick on his feet, but is also untouchable. Everytime he tries to attack him, it would go through him like smoke. Smoker got hold of Luffy and still finds him to be a sorry excuse for attempting to become the next pirate king. He was about to withdraw his Bo ton, till he was stopped by a mysterious figure, who told him not to. Smoker recognized the figure, who is a man in a cloak with a marking on his face. But before Luffy knew what is happening, a large green gust of wind came and separated Luffy from Smoker. Buggy, Alvida, Cabaji, and the Buggy Pirates were free from their metal nets and head back towards their ship. The cannons and marines were all wiped out too. Luffy got up from the place he was blown to and found Zoro, Usopp, and Sanji again. Nami and Going Merry were too far off shore. So Luffy used his Gomu Gomu Kick to get on board. And they finally escaped from Loguetown. The mysterious figure, who had helped them all stood on a platform and wished them all a safe trip. A marine official questioned the man(who is revealed to be named Dragon) on why he helped Luffy. He just smiled and said that there is no reason to stop a man from sailing. Smoker ordered his men to get him a ship to hunt down the Straw Hat Pirates to the Grand Line. But one of the marines reminded him that his jurisdiction is still Loguetown. Smoker however didn't care what his jurisdiction was anymore. Tashigi will accompany Smoker, as what Zoro did to her was unforgivable, and will catch him with her own hands. And explained to them that the girl is the key to obtaining Ryuukotsu, the elixir of eternal life. His servant Erik was given a task to search and find the girl at all costs. It's been 2 days since the Straw Hat Pirates left Loguetown. Usopp spotted a flock of bird surrounding an object at sea. Sanji explained that normally birds would do that, when a school of fish are around. Luffy got excited and used his Gomu Gomu Net to reach out and grab what he thinks is a fish. But it turned out to be a girl who is all worn out. She woke up and accidentally hit Usopp in the chin, and found herself in the mess hall. Nami was glad that she came through, and told her that Sanji is preparing her some soup. The girl finds herself lucky to be saved. Nami asked for the girl's name, but she insists to know their names. So Nami introduced everyone, and right until she mentioned Luffy being captain of the pirate ship. The girl became scared and paralyzed. She didn't eat any of the meals that were offered and sat in a corner thinking that she's in for the worst. Her stomach moaned, so she crept to the mess hall to see what was in the fridge. Only to find a trap being set off. Sanji turn on the light and found the girl and Luffy(who was caught in a large mouse trap). The trap was set, for security measures on protecting the food from thievery, especially when Luffy is the only one on board who tries to steal a snack. Sanji prepared the girl some soup, but she didn't want any of it. Sanji told her that he's not trying to poison her. So she tried it, and found it to be delicious. The girl started to trust the Straw Hat Pirates more. The next morning, the girl tried to make breakfast. But it was all burnt with too much seasoning. Sanji cheered the girl up, that all cooks make mistakes in cooking. He told everyone to eat it all up to encourage her. They all learned that the girl's name is Apis. And she's been adrift on the life boat for 3 days. And escaped from a marine ship. And she wasn't on board it as a guest. As Zoro states that Marines don't take regulars on board like a cruise would. Luffy wondered why the Marines would take a girl like Apis. Apis didn't want to tell them why, so she told them where she's from: Gunkan Island. Located near the Grand Line, and has the silhouette of a battle ship. Since Apis's home island is close to their destination, the Straw Hat Pirates will gladly help Apis get home. Meanwhile a fleet of Marine ships has spotted the Going Merry. The recognized it as a pirate ship because of their jolly roger of the straw skull. The Major of the ship, found the ship's appearance to be weak, so they'll ignore them. But Erik(who is also on board)told the Major that the jolly roger of that ship belongs to the Straw Hat Pirates lead by Monkey D. Luffy, the 30,000,000 Belli bounty head pirate. And for that Erik finds ignoring a wanted pirate to be unwise-able. And insists they seize the ship. Usopp(who's taking watch on the crow nest) saw the Marine fleet coming their way. Apis recognize the division as the one she escaped from. Luffy and the crew learned that fleet is after Apis. A marine spotted Apis with his binoculars, and told the Major that the Going Merry has Apis on board. Erik was pleased to found out that Apis is with the Straw Hat Pirates. And told Major, on how upset Admiral Nelson would of been if he'd ignore the Going Merry without knowing that Apis was on board. The Major got scared for thinking about what would of happened. He orders his men to fire the cannons. The cannons missed, and Major used his megaphone to tell the Going Merry that was only a warning shot, while the next one will hit them. Zoro and Luffy plan to fight off the fleet, while Usopp finds that to be crazy. Apis on the other hand noticed that all the seagulls are parched on ship. And knows that a gust of wind is about to come. So Nami told Zoro to face the sails south. Then the gust of wind came by and gave them a jump start towards south. Leaving the marines behind who are too slow to catch up. Erik finds it pathetic for a small ship to get away from a whole fleet. One of the Marines told the Major that the Going Merry is headed to the one place that is dangerous. So Major ordered the whole fleet to halt and reverse course. Erik wanted to know why the Major would stop the ships from pursuing the Straw Hat Pirates. The Major mentions that if they continued to proceed, they'll get trapped at the Calm Belt. Erik remained Major that if they don't rescue Apis, Major will have to face the consequences from Admiral Nelson. The Major however didn't care what his punishment will be. And won't risk his men to be harmed. Usopp and Luffy cheered that they got away from the Marines in sheer luck. Nami noticed Zoro looking serious and wanted to know why. Zoro couldn't help but feels as if they're not moving at all. It's true as there's no gust of wind at all. Then Nami gave out a scream and realized that they've entered the Calm Belt!

Season 2, Episode 8: The Holy Beast! Apis' Secret and the Legendary Island

Original Air Date—24 January 2001
The Staw Hat Pirates find themselves stranded in the Calm Belt. A place where ships never come out alive. They all don't find it to be dangerous, but Nami had to explain to them on why it is an issue. The Calm Belt is a current of calm water that guards the entrance to the Grand Line. Wind and waves never occur in the Calm Belt, which makes the sails on a ship useless. Not only that but it's also home to many sea beasts. Then a huge sea monster comes out from below lifting the Going Merry. As well as a whole bunch of sea beasts came out of the water. Apis fell out of the ship and was about to get eaten by a giant frog. Luffy had to use his stretching arm to save her. Apis learned that Luffy ate a Devil's Fruit. She spotted the nostrils of the sea monster that's under the Going Merry. And told Luffy to take her down there. No one knew what she was up to till, she pulled out a nose hair, which made the sea monster give out a big sneeze. Then the Going Merry flew into the air and made it out of the Calm Belt. Now they continue their journey to Gunkan Island. It was foggy as they proceeded to their destination. Apis wasn't sure if they're anywhere near her island. Right until Luffy saw what appeared to be a battleship, but was actually Gunkan Island. As Apis mentioned earlier, the island is the shape of a battle ship. A local spotted the Going Merry coming to shore, and alarmed the island that pirates are coming. They all got out their spears, thinking the Straw Hat Pirates are here to raid them. But Apis came off the ship first and was glad to be back home. Everyone was surprised to see her back safe and sound. But they were confused on why a group of pirates would help save a girl like Apis. Apis had to explain to them that the Straw Hat Pirates are good souls. Then an elderly man came who Apis was happy to see it. It was her grandfather, Bokuden. He thanked Luffy and the others for saving his granddaughter, and for the thanks he'll treat them to Butaman pork filled buns. A marine ship, spotted the Going Merry on the of Gunkan Island. Admiral Nelson, got the news and told Erik to recapture Apis there. Bokuden finished preparing the Butaman and set it off to cook. Usopp and Luffy were looking forward in having some, only to find out that it takes 4-5 hours to cook. While they're waiting they asked Bokuden why the Marines kidnapped Apis. Bokuden didn't know the answer to himself, but explained that their island was a decedent to a lost island from a millennium ago. It was home to the Sennenryuu Millennium Dragons. Who have the Ryuukotsu, the elixir of eternal life. The marines believe in this legend to obtain a way in getting eternal youth. Then Bokuden went on about the ancestry of the island. Apis already knows how long these stories go so she sneaked out. Luffy was getting hungry and couldn't take any of more of this story as it is. So he snug out to go eat some Butaman. But he past out before finding Apis with a bag of all the Butaman. She left Luffy a piece and dragged the bag on her way out. The story on the generations of Gunkan were still going. So Nami snug out as well to see about getting a Butaman. She found Luffy and think-ed he ate it all. But discovered a trail made by the bag. They followed it to the mountain side of the island. And found a cave which Apis entered. She was talking to someone, but didn't know who or what till they approached to her. Luffy and Nami discovered that Apis's friend is a live dragon, Ryuuji. Luffy found it cool to be looking at a real dragon. But then noticed that Ryuuji has a sad look in it's eye. And understands that it misses being with it's kind. Apis was surprised that Luffy was able to guess that correctly. And revealed to them that she ate the Whispering Fruit, which gives her the ability to hear Animals. Which explained to Nami on why Apis knew that gust of wind was coming, because of the seagulls. One day Apis heard Ryuuji's voice, and found it in this cave their standing in. And since then she's been keeping it a secret from the locals. And would do anything to get it back home to Dragon's Nest, Lost Island. The island said to be gone from the face of the map. Ryuuji knows that his island will rise again, but doesn't know when. Apis would like to help find the island but couldn't help there. She asked the Marines about the possible location of the island. But they noticed the dragon claw she had in her possession and presumed that she knows where the island is, and kidnapped her. And no matter what, she'll find a way to return Ryuuji to it's home island. Luffy & Nami agreed to help Apis out, even though they don't even know where the island is either. Meanwhile Erik and the Marines are heading towards the island, still presuming that Apis knows where Lost Island is. And he looks forward to capturing her, in his own way.

They woke, and heard from a village local that a group of marine ships are coming ashore. Nami told the him that if Bokuden wakes up, just tell him that they'll protect Apis at all costs. When they got back to the cave, both Usopp, Sanji, and Zoro couldn't believe it for their own eyes. Apis explained to them that Ryuuji is a Ryuukotsu Dragon. Who has lost of his strength, and believes he'll regain it back at Lost Island. Usopp start acting enthusiastic that there's no way they could find an island that doesn't exist on the map. Sanji and Zoro however agreed to help Ryuuji get back home. In order to do this they'll need to make a cart big enough for the dragon. Usopp finds this all to be pointless. Sanji, Luffy, and Zoro used their skills to cut down the trees for lumber. Usopp was impress at all this effort. That made him convince to help built it. And soon they were finished. Since the marines are heading towards the harbor, the Straw Hat Pirates can't risk to put Ryuuji in any danger. So they'll escort the dragon to the back side of the island(which has a cape the size of Usopp's nose) while Usopp and Zoro go get the Going Merry. A group of Marines entered Bokuden's home and was questioned by Major. But Bokuden was still half asleep with his story. Outside, Erik discovered the trail left by Apis's bag, and tells the marines that Apis is somewhere in the mountain range. Zoro and Usopp made it to the harbor, only to discover that the Going Merry is heavily guarded by the Marines. Usopp suggested that they'd do this at nightfall, but Zoro has an idea & made a breathing tube for Usopp and Zoro. They snuck into the ship by swimming underwater. Usopp had trouble getting his tube out of his mouth, and drew attention to the guards, who open fired at him. Zoro got the sails down and cast off. They were about to ram into a marine ship, but nearly avoided a fatal accident. And now the Going Merry has the Marine fleet on it's tail. Luffy, Nami, Apis, Sanji, and Ryuuji wait for the Going Merry to show up at the cape. A seagull flew by and told Apis that the marines are coming. Erik, Major, and several Marines found them and were surprised to see them accompanied by a millennium dragon. Erik was more pleased to come across with the very thing they were looking for. Which made Apis no longer a value to them. Now it's Ryuuji they're after now. The Marines used their rifles on the dragon, but Luffy used his rubber body to deploy them. And reveals to them that he's a rubber man who ate the devil's fruit. Erik ordered the Marines to use their swords instead. But Sanji came in to kick them out, while Luffy used his Gomu Gomu Grappling Punch. Soon they were all defeated on the ground. So Erik steps in and tells them that he's "Erik the Whirlwind" a mercenary hired by Admiral Nelson Royale. He has no time to toil with them, and is only interested in the dragon behind them. And reveals that he too has ate a devil's fruit and has the ability of a scythe weasel. Luffy made fun of his nickname which made Erik angry. He gave out his scythe whirlwind attack, which is a whirlwind sharp as a katana. Nami saw the Going Merry coming to the cape, which is their cue to escape. Sanji and Luffy joined Nami, Apis, and Ryuuji on the wooden cart, and went down the mountain till they went over a slope which knocked out the marine ship's main sail and land afloat on the water. Usopp and Zoro were surprised on how well the plan went. They tied the wooden cart to the Going Merry and set sail to Lost Island. Even though they don't know exactly where it is.

Luffy was hoping that Ryuuji would help them on where the island is, but he doesn't show any sign of help. Sanji prepares some food for the dragon, Luffy helped out but burned his hand and the pot landed on Ryuuji's head. Causing it to turn red. Apis and Luffy hurried to take it off his head, but Ryuuji visioned the flying fish as his species. And Apis heard Ryuuji saying that Lost Island is located to the East. So they head east now that they know where to go. Erik got word from the marines that the Going Merry has changed course. So Major ordered the whole fleet to go east as well. Luffy sat on the front end of the Going Merry wondering what Lost Island is like. Usopp and Nami took watch on top of the crow's nest, while Apis accompanied Ryuuji till they make it to the island. Luffy saw what appeared to be a smoking image. And when they got closer it was the shape of a ship, Luffy touched it which became a reflection of the Going Merry. They were all amazed that they're entering an invisible barrier. The Marine fleet was terrified to see the Going Merry disappeared. Major ordered the whole fleet to stop until they confirm about what they've seen. Again Erik finds the Major's attitude to be cowardly and insists on using a lifeboat for him to go after the Straw Hat Pirates alone, since the marines are too afraid to face danger. After going through the barrier, Nami explain it was a mirage that can be created when warm and cold water are mixed. Then they entered a storm all of a sudden. Apis tries to keep Ryuuji calm till they get through the storm. But right till the rope to the cart started to loosen up. Apis got hold of the rope, and Zoro came to help her pull the rope back. Then Luffy used his stretched arm to support the cart. They eventually got out of the storm, which is like a defense wall surrounding the island. And they finally made it to lost island, which is filled with ruins and jungles. Apis tried to wake up Ryuuji, who's still laying on the cart doing nothing. Apis has a feeling that they're not on Lost Island. But they don't think so, unless they explore the island to know so. So they proceed towards the summit of the island. On their way, the Straw Hat Pirates discovered a town in ruins. Telling them that there was once a civilization here on the island. When they finally made it to the top, it appeared to be the entrance to Dragon's Nest. Only problem is there is no door of any kind. Apis however noticed a missing claw on the drawing of the dragon, and believes that the dragon claw that Ryuuji gave her will open it. She was about to put it in, but discovers that she can't reach. So Luffy does the honor of opening the entrance. Before he touched the claw slot, the whole ground shook and they all fell down as it collapsed. They were all OK, and finds themselves inside what they believe to be is Dragon's Nest. Now they must explore the mysterious temple of the millennium dragons. Will they find Ryuuji's species? And what will they do when Erik comes to try to cause trouble?

It didn't look like a place where dragons once roam. Apis asked Ryuuji, but he doesn't even know what this place is either. Usopp complained that the dragon isn't too helpful at all. While Apis started to argue with him that he's not at all helpful either. Luffy found a large piece of the ceiling that was once part of the ceiling. As well as other pieces that collapsed and caved in most of the areas. Usopp thinks it's wise to get out of here while they can. But Apis still thinks that the real Dragon's Nest is here. But Usopp doesn't think so because they haven't seen a single dragon besides Ryuuji so far. While Nami buts in, and believes that the island they're on couldn't be Lost Island. They all wondered why she'd think that, so she pointed out to the ceiling's pictures. And said that it's like a map pointing to Lost Island. And the people who are surrounding the dome in the picture prove that people have once lived here. Possibly the ancestors of Gunkan Island. And recalled Grandpa Bokuden saying that their people came from a different island long ago. And noted all the dragon statues and drawings on the island, show that the people of this island worshiped the Sennenryuu as Gods. After Usopp listened to Nami's hypothesis, he starts to believe for sure that Dragon's Nest isn't here at all. Apis wondered where the real one could be. Zoro thinks according to the map that it's located on the one with a dragon drawing on it. And it looked like he's right about that. But the island looks exactly like Gunkan Island. Which made everyone confused because they were told Gunkan Island isn't Lost Island or home of the Dragon's Nest. Sanji agreed with Nami's hypothesis and thinks they'll know once they get back there. Nami however doesn't think she's 100 percent right about all this. And Lost Island could of sank to the sea, explaining why no one knows where it is. Apis went to Ryuuji, and tries to get him to remember where Dragon's Nest really is. And told him to look at the pictures and think hard. ryuuji is their only hope in finding what they're searching for. Ryuuji looked up, and the birds that flew from the dome window, made him envisioned his species again. And he finally remembers that Dragon's Nest is located near Gunkan Island. Apis was glad that Ryuuji remembered, but felt sorry for dragging the Straw Hat Pirates all the way to this island ofr nothing. But they told her not to take it so hard. Zoro sense someone spying on them, and it is Erik who learned that Gunkan Island is where Dragon Nest is. Luffy made an exit, by running into the wall, which crumbled and created an escape route. Sanji told Zoro and Usopp that Erik has a Devil's Fruit power, and need to be careful about it. Zoro kept Erik busy, while Usopp, Sanji, Luffy, Nami, and Apis get Ryuuji out of the temple and straight to the Going Merry. They slide down on a large tree root, and continued to slide down the mountain slope. Erik told Zoro that he has no time to fight him, and went to go after the others. Zoro was on Erik's tail, and tried to prevent him from proceeding. Erik through dirt at Zoro's face, and explained that he's only interested in the Sennenryuu dragon. And will kill those who interfere. The others made it back to the Going Merry ship. They tied Ryuuji's cart to the ship, right till Apis learned from the birds that Zoro is in danger. Luffy stretched out his arm to grab where Zoro is. Before Erik had the chance to kill him. Soon they were reunited and departed from the island. The marines saw the Going Merry come out from the mirage barrier. Major finds Erik to return safely from the trip. Erik just told Major to follow the Going Merry, as he knows for sure where Dragon's Island is. As our heroes have a head start from the marines who followed. Their next destination is back on Gunkan Island. But they come face to face with another marine ship, much different from the others. It's lead by Admiral Nelson Royale himself, and he has the whole 8th Division fleet on his side. And all the ships formed a steel chain barrier to prevent the Going Merry from escaping. Admiral Nelson knows that they have a dragon, and wants that elixir more than everything. Erik on the other hand is angry that the Admiral has a greater advantage on capturing the dragon before him. How will the Straw Hat Pirates get out of this mess? And will they succeed in finding Dragon's Nest and Lost Island?

Nami realized what the pictures from the temple meant now. That the Sennenryuu don't refer to their eternal life, but there 1000 year migration. When Apis first found him, he wasn't alone any more. Having her for a friend made him feel less lonely than before. But Apis still wanted Ryuuji to stand up and become better. But that won't help at all. Luffy also told her, that Ryuuji said that dragons come to Dragon's Nest to be reborn. And one of the eggs hatched and a newly born Sennenryuu Dragon is born. The adult Sennenryuu surround it and welcomed it to the new world. The baby Sennenryuu looked at her just like Ryuuji did, this made Apis cried with tears, but it glad that her friend has been reborn into a younger dragon to live on in a different life. He tried to make a deal in splitting the elixir, but Erik didn't want to hear another word out of the Admiral and killed him with his Scythe Weasel Attack. Just when our heroes were about to go on celebrating, they find Erik, who's looking forward in killing them all.

Nami corrected him, that the Ryuukotsu is calcified and is merely impossible to create elixir out of. Erik however has his eyes set on the living dragons. Instead of killing them, he offer them all a deal in sharing the Ryuukotsu. Luffy wasn't interested in the offer. Which made Erik think that Luffy isn't seeing this through. Then he finally sees it's useless to convince them that getting eternal life is good. So he plans on getting it all for himself. Apis went up to stop him. Erik used his scythe weasel, which missed thanks to Usopp who helped Apis dodge it. She thanked him, and realizes that her new goal is to protect the Sennenryuu and the Dragon's Nest. Erik knows that he's being threaten, and for that he's going to kill them all for real. He gave out a scythe whirlwind, which Luffy used himself to shield Usopp and Apis. And tends to fight Erik himself. Because he made a promise to Ryuuji, and isn't planning to break it. He runs towards Erik and they both used their own Devil's Fruit attacks. Only the Scythe whirlwinds injure and slow down Luffy's punch attacks. Erik has high hopes in winning this fight, and plans to show off his most powerful Scythe attack ever. Apis and the others believe Luffy won't be able to succeed this battle. Erik sends out his Scythe Wind Chaos attack, but Luffy isn't planning to forfeit this fight. He ran and went through the wave of the attack, and grabbed the surprised Erik with his stretched hands, and gave him a Gomu Gomu Bell. Which broke his shades, and for the final climax, a Gomu Gomu Bazooka attack, sending Erik into the air. That fight was easier than anyone could imagine it to be. And finally the whole conflict over the Sennenryuu is over. The villagers came to see what has happened, and were all amazed to see living Sennenryuu dragons. They all watch the dragons grazing with peace, and know that the Dragon's Nest will sink into the ocean again until the next migration period. While the newly born Sennenryuu will grow up to be a strong millennium dragon. Bokuden offered the Straw Hat Pirates some of his Butaman on the house. But they told him that they need to get going on their quest, now that their job here is finished. They offered Apis to come along, but her place is here on Gunkan Island. She would just be interfering their journey if she did came along. Apis decided to stay on her island to learn more about her ancestor, protect the Sennenryuu, and Dragon's Nest. They departed from Gunkan Island, and said their farewells to their friend Apis. Leaving her with hopes and confidences in her new goal in protecting her own island for the years to come. On their original route, they're about to head towards the Red Line, the entrance to the Grand Line. Luffy is more than excited to be heading towards the place he's been dreaming about ever since he wanted to become a pirate. According to Nami's knowledge on the Red Line, it's a mountain with canals made to travel through it. Zoro was confused about these details as it is. And finds it impossible for a ship to climb up a current on a mountain. Usopp was having trouble with the ship's helm, so Sanji helped only to discover that the ocean's current is becoming fast. Then Nami know for sure that they do climb over the mountain without leaving the ship. She explains in plain words that Red Line is known as the Reverse Mountain. If 4 currents from all 4 oceans flow towards it, then it would go up to the top and create a flowing current straight towards the Grand Line. But they must be careful while doing this, as the currents are strong and fast. If they hit the mountain side of the Red Line, then they'll crash instantly. Sanji has heard of this before at the Baratie, that half of the pirate wannabes die trying to enter the Grand Line. And already knows that it won't be easy entering indeed. As they approach more, a storm broke, and Luffy had to close up the sails. The mountain range is so huge, you can't see the peak of the top. Then the waves started to react faster, and the current was at an abnormal pace. They started to drift to the left more, which is bad if they prevent getting the ship from crashing. Sanji and Usopp tried with all their might to turn the helm to the right. But the helm broke making the situation at a suicidal state. They were about to hit the front entrance to the Red Line, when Luffy used his Gomu Gomu Balloon move to cushion the Going Merry from crashing in. It worked and they were continuing their course at a straight pace. Now they're traveling up the mountain, like a stair way to heaven. Our heroes were all happy to be cherishing this moment. But their moment of happiness was broken by Erik, he strode away on the ship. And is more than angry, after they've been crossing his path, and making him fail in getting the Ryuukotsu. So instead he'll take Luffy's bounty of 30,000,000 Belli. And won't hesitate to kill them on the very spot. They all don't know what to do, if Erik uses his Scythe attacks here, there's no telling what he'll cut. Erik laughs and knows that this time there's no way they could win. Then Nami called out the name Ryuukotsu, Erik looked the other way as if she really meant it. And kicked Erik off the ship, and he skid on the way down the mountain toward the ocean. With that Devil's Fruit power he holds, there's no way he'll be able to survive. Making this the last time they'll have to deal with him. Sanji, Usopp, Zoro, and Luffy all feel dumb that they should of thought of that trick in the first place. As they continue to travel up the mountain, they finally see the peak of Red Line, and it was all like a dream to witness. They flew off the peak and started to slide down the current that leads to the Grand Line. They were all looking forward in fulfilling their goals in life. And the One Pice treasure is somewhere at the greatest ocean in the world. And it's all waiting for Luffy to obtain it!

Season 2, Episode 15: The First Obstacle? Giant Whale Laboon Appears

Original Air Date—21 March 2001
The Grand Line, the greatest ocean in the world according to Luffy. As our heroes slide down the water current slope of the Red Line, it was much like a ride. As they approach to the bottom, Zoro hears a strange noise, which Nami thinks was just the wind. Usopp used his goggle to see what was up ahead, Sanji thinks it's a mountain, but Nami knows that there isn't suppose to be one. But as they approach to what looked like a mountain turned out to be a whale. The whole crew panicked as the whale is blocking their path, and the Going Merry is going at top speed. The whale's eyes aren't pointing towards their direction so it doesn't see them yet. Zoro sees an opening of the port towards the left. Only problem is they don't have a helm to turn. Sanji, Zoro, and Usopp struggle to make the ship turn with a broken helm. Luffy got an idea and went downstairs on the ship. It all looked like they're going to crash from Nami's view. Right until a cannon ball was fired at the whale. Which was Luffy's plan on slowing down the ship. They did stop, but it broke Luffy's favorite seat on the front of the of the Going Merry. Luffy got upset that his favorite seat was damaged. As for the whale, it made no sudden movement. Which seemed like the right moment to get out of here. So they rowed the ship quietly past the whale. Then the whale gave a large moan. As the Going Merry gets near the eye, Luffy shouted and punched the whale right in the eye. Which was a stupid move over a broken seat. The whale noticed them, and Luffy continued to yell out insults. Then the whale opened it's mouth and got the ship to entered it's mouth. Luffy escaped from being eaten, and climbed on top of the whale as his friends are now trapped inside the whale. He punches the whale on the head several times as a demand in returning his friends. But it began to dive into the water. Luffy found a door(which is where the spout hole is located). Meanwhile the Straw Hat Pirates, all 4 of them are speechless as they find themselves inside the whale. But it doesn't even look like they're inside one. All they see is a house on an island. All of it seemed to be an illusion. Then a giant squid came out of the water, which maybe an illusion too. As Zoro and Sanji prepared themselves to fight it, it was speared by 3 spears coming from the house on the island. After being frighten Nami and Usopp wondered what happened to Luffy. Luffy in fact is lost and confused that he's inside a crafted mine instead of a whale. The one who fired the spears is an old man with a flower shape head. Sanji didn't know if he was just fishing or saved their lives from the squid. The old man paid no attention to our heroes and sat down on his chair to read a newspaper. Sanji got angry to be incredibly ignored. Usopp called out the old man and thinks that he's plotting a fight. And mentioned they have a cannon for defense. The old guy held a long pause for a while and just said "Don't. Or someone will die." They weren't getting any answers from from him. Zoro asked where they are, which he got for an answer: to introduce yourself first before asking questions. Zoro understood and introduced himself, while the old guy introduced himself as Crocus. Keeper of the Twin Capes Lighthouses, 71 years old, Gemini, Blood Type AB. Zoro got angry himself for not finishing his own introduction. Crocus tells them that they're at his one-man resort inside a whale. Usopp and the others now know for sure that they're inside a whale. And the water is actually the stomach acid, which made Nami worried. Crocus pointed out the big door, if they want to leave. But Nami was confused on why there's a door in mid air, inside a whale. Ussop pointed out that what appeared to be the sky is actually an alternate illusion. The whole stomach is painted to look like the sky. They were about to leave Crocus to his one man resort, only when the whole place shook. Crocus explained that Larboon(the whale they're in) is ramming himself against the Red Line. The whale is in pain, which the Straw Hat Pirates presume that Crocus's plan is to kill the whale from the inside. And the waves are too strong to depart to the big door. Meanwhile Luffy is bouncing up and down as the whale rams itself to the Red Line. Then encounters a man(Mr. 9) and woman(Miss Wednesday) with large guns, infiltrated the whale and planning to eliminate it as well as Crocus. Luffy runs towards them right before they could proceed to their plan. And all 3 of them are flying out into the stomach. Crocus used some sedative to calm Laboon down. The Straw Hat Pirates saved Luffy, Mr. 9, & Miss Wednesday from drowning in the stomach acid. Zoro demands to know what their up to. While Wednesday can tell that she and Mr. 9 are dealing with pirates. Crocus however knows them and orders them to not harm Laboon in any way. Mr. 9 and Wednesday's plan is to kill the whale and they fired out their guns against the outer layer of the stomach. Crocus prevented the bullets from hitting Laboon. Which shows he's planning on protecting Laboon. While the whale hunting duo laugh at how pathetic Crocus tries in protecting Laboon. Nami is clueless on what is going on, till Luffy hit both of 9 and Wednesday in the head. Crocus wanted to know why Luffy helped him. Luffy just says he didn't want to see the 2 whale hunters laugh in attempting to kill a whale. Everyone wanted to know what the whole story is. Crocus explained that Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday are from a town in need for whale meat, that'll last for 2 to 3 years. Laboon is an Island Whale, inhabitant from the West Blue, largest whale species on the planet. Crocus doesn't want to see a whale like Laboon to be turn into food. And stated that for 50 years, Laboon is kind hearted and been waiting for a group of pirates to comes straight from Reverse Mountain on the Red Line. How will this issue be resolved over Laboon?

Season 2, Episode 16: A Man's Promise: Luffy and the Whale Vow to Meet Again

Original Air Date—21 March 2001
Crocus told the Straw Hat Pirates the reason why Laboon is ramming against the Red Line. Long ago, when Crocus was looking after the lighthouses, a group of pirates entered the Grand Line, from Reverse Mountain. A little island whale(a young Laboon) had followed them all the way from the West Blue. Normally Island Whales travel with their own species, but not this one. Laboon made friends with the pirates he followed. After a few months, they repaired their ship and got acquainted with Crocus. The next day, the pirates left, and the captain told Crocus to look after Laboon as they depart to travel the world in the Grand Line. The captain promised Laboon, that they'll come back within 2 to 3 years. The Grand Line is too dangerous for a little whale. So it be safe to remain here near Reverse Island. Those pirates left Laboon to the care of Crocus. 50 years have past since then. And Laboon never saw his friends again. Everyone was surprised to hear that, and now know why Laboon waits in front of the entrance to the Grand Line. Hoping one day that they'll come back. The Straw Hat Pirates guided by Crocus on his portable island travel through the water pipe system in Laboon. It was amazing that the whale is still alive from all of this. Crocus mentioned that he's Laboon's doctor, ran a clinic once, and an ex-ship doctor years ago. After hearing that Luffy asked if Crocus would become the Going Merry's doctor. Crocus didn't took his offer too seriously, because he wouldn't have the energy to keep up with them on their journey. He got up to the main crank for the exit, opened it up and they were finally outside. Miss Wednesday and Mr. 9 woke up from their unconsciousness and crypt away. Usopp was upset that Laboon has been waiting for a long time for his friends to come. Sanji and the others know that those pirates are already dead. Usopp was out raged on how cruel they're talking about Laboon. Crocus told Usopp that the truth can be crueler than imagined. That the pirates weren't Laboon's friend from the start and just made up that coming back promise to abandon it. Usopp finds that to be awful. Nami presumes that those pirates escaped the Grand Line by entering the Calm Belt in order to avoid running into Laboon again. Crocus mentions that even if they're alive, those pirates would never come back. Specially with the unexpected changes in weather and wind currents. Nami asked if Crocus told Laboon the truth. He did, but Laboon refused that it were truth. That was when Laboon start ramming himself into the Reverse Mountain. As he still believes his friend will return from that entrance. Laboon attempts to break through the mountain to find his friends and return to the West Blue. But there is no way he can go there again. Sanji suggested that Crocus shouldn't continue to help a poor stated whale, if he can't promise him that those pirates will return. Making it not his responsibility anymore. But Crocus pointed out the scars on Laboon, and if he continues to ram into the mountain, he'll die. Luffy ran up the whale again, with the Going Merry's mast. Luffy pierced the already bleeding wound on the top. The others got made at Luffy for damaging the ship more. Then Laboon went mad and rammed Luffy into the port. Then they began to fight each, one at a time. No one knew why he's doing this. Laboon came charging till Luffy told him that the fight is a draw. And told him that they're both strong & will finish their fight someday. And will make him a new promise to keep, to determine which one of them is stronger. When Luffy is done traveling the Grand Line, he'll come back to finish the fight. Everyone was pleased that Luffy made Laboon more satisfied than before. Luffy patched up the wounds and painted a sloppy doodle of their Straw Hat Jolly Roger. Which is Laboon and Luffy's fight promise, until Luffy gets back, Laboon won't ram into the walls otherwise it'll rub off. Laboon agreed, and everything was at peace again near the Reverse Mountain. Miss Wednesday and Mr. 9 try to escape, but couldn't because Mr. 9 dropped the Log Pose(which is their key in returning to their island). Nami looks at the map to determine what the crew's next destination is at the Grand Line. Sanji got the Blue fin Elephant tuna(that he won at the LogueTown Cook Contest) from the freezer to cook for their meal. Usopp was stuck repairing the mast and damages on the Going Merry. Zoro was snoozing like he normally does. They all hear Nami scream, who discovered that the compass isn't working properly. And she was right as the needle kept spinning in all directions. Crocus explained to them that they have no idea on what their getting into here at the Grand Line. And finds it stupid for them to risk their own lives. The Grand Line's ocean has no common logic to it. The compass is useless because of the magnetic field in which the ocean is located. And the winds and currents are unstable. Not even the best navigator can witness these circumstances. The only way to navigate the Grand Line is with a Log Pose. Unlike a regular compass, it memorizes the magnetic field. Luffy asked if the device he found on the Going Merry was one, and it is. Nami observes it and notices that there aren't any markings on it. According to Crocus, the islands here obey the rules created by the magnetic fields. In order to travel from island to island, the log pose must re adapt to the magnetism at each island. Which will point you to the right course. There's no way to determine your exact position on this ocean. You are depended on the magnetic field memorized by the log pose. There are 7 magnetic fields emanating from Reverse Mountain Regardless on what island to choose from the route will join the others into one final route. The named of the island at the end of the route is "Raftel". The final island of the Grand Line. Only one person known in history has ever confirm it's existence. And that was Pirate King Gold Rodger. After a long lecture on the Grand Line, our friends know for sure that the One Piece treasure is there on that island. But Crocus note that it's all legend, and no one has ever reached to that island alive. But Luffy is looking forward to seeing what the danger is for himself. Laboon brought up ashore the nearly drowned Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday. They both have a request to go back to Whiskey Peak. Which is their home, and they have no way in returning without the guide of a log pose. But the Straw Hat Pirates aren't too sure in helping the weird duo out. Not after they tried to kill Laboon. Usopp asked who they are really. They didn't want to reveal what their roles are and just said that their organization does underhand work. Secrecy is their motto. Bow down on their knees for help and will repay the favor somehow. Crocus advised them to not help them at all. Luffy however agreed to help them return to Whiskey Peak. Introduced them as Monkey D. Luffy, the next pirate king. Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday don't think he was talking serious about becoming the next pirate king. The next day, Nami re adapt the log pose, which is pointing to their next destination to Whiskey Peak. They depart and said farewell to Crocus and Laboon. Leaving Laboon with a new promise that won't be broken by Luffy. Now to see what this Whiskey Peak is, and who does Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday work for?

Season 2, Episode 17: A Pirate-Loving Town? Arrival at Whiskey Peak

Original Air Date—15 April 2001
As the Going Merry travels to Whiskey Peak, our friends experience the Grand Line's unpredictable weather. First it was snowing, which Luffy and Usopp found an activity to do including snow ball fights and snowman building. Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday were complaining that there's no heater. Nami told them to shut up as she couldn't help but how strange that it became cold from warm in minutes. But then she found out that they're off course according to the log pose, and need to turn 180 degrees. As everyone got busy in getting the ship back on course, they face a series of changing weather, including storms, lightning, fog, and ice bergs. When it all got calm, Zoro woke up from his nap and found them all exhausted on deck. Sanji, Usopp and Nami were angry that Zoro didn't do a thing during his nap. Zoro noticed Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday, and didn't know they were helping out 2 individuals while he was sleeping. Nami explained to him that their taking them home to Whiskey Peak. Zoro couldn't help but think that he might of met the strange duo once. But doesn't recall. Nami beat up Zoro for sleeping on the job, and announced to everyone that after the recent experience, she'll need to put her navigation skills at work in order to master the unexpected weather. Then an island was spotted where Whiskey Peak is. On Cactus Island, a cacti shape island. Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday thanked them for helping them get back to their island. They jumped off the ship and swam their way towards it. Without any questions, the Straw Hat Pirates went to see what Cactus Island is like. Usopp is worried that there might be monsters to face, since they're in Grand Line. And suggests that they leave as soon as possible. Nami reminded them that they need to wait for a period of time till the log pose adapts to the magnetic field their in. Which may take a matter of days or weeks till their able to know what their next destination is. Usopp got a disturb idea about spending a week on a monster filled island. But whatsoever on the island, they'll face it either way. As the Going Merry travels through the misty river, entrance to Whiskey Peak, they discovered a crowd of people on both sides of the land. They prepared themselves for battle, only to find themselves being cheered by the citizens of Whiskey Peak. And pirates are honored as welcomed heroes to their town. This was surprising but rather enjoyable to be welcomed than to be hated. As our heroes landed at the pier, they were welcomed by the mayor of Whiskey Peak: Igarappoi(a tall, curly haired man with an irritated throat). He introduces them to the island's hospitality and celebration to having pirates visit their town. Luffy, Usopp and Sanji went ahead to enjoy themselves. While Zoro and Nami find all this a little suspicious. That night, the Straw Hat Pirates had a banquet with the town folks. Drinks and food were served. Whiskey Peak, according to Igarappoi their town is famous for the quality in fine wine from the best grapes you'll ever taste. Nami entered the traditional Kanpai Contest(because the prize is 100,000 Belli) with Zoro for an extra chance to win the money. Luffy ate non stop, Sanji flirted with 20 women at once, and Usopp goes on about his experience with the Calm Blet(which the locals believe is all true, but it ain't). Meanwhile Miss Wednesday and Mr. 9 wrote out a report, that they failed to kill Laboon, but have successfully lured a group of pirates for bounty. Miss Wednesday took the report and put it in an Unluckies Box(special mailbox) so that way it'll go directly to their boss. Zoro was already past out, so Nami and a nun were the last 2 remaining at the drinking contest. Nami won, but past out, as well as Luffy, Usopp and Sanji. and the party was already over after they're all tired out. Igarappoi went outside to be meted by Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday. It's revealed that Igarappoi works for them as Mr. 8, who plans to get the 30,000,000 Belli bounty on Luffy and the others. The nun from the drinking contest came out and revealed to herself as Miss Monday(a black bodybuilding woman). They all plan to take the Straw Hat Pirates alive for the bounty award money. Zoro overheard all of this, and gave their attention. They saw him sitting on the roof and presumed that he was worn out like the others. But a great swordsman like Zoro, doesn't let alcohol get to him. He knows that Mr. 8, and the others work for Baroque Works. Zoro knows about this organization, because he was offered a job in it a while back. But refused because of the sue of code names and the boss's identity being a secret to all the members who serve in it. And Zoro knows that all the citizens of Whiskey Peak are bounty hunters who welcome the pirates who come here, and kill them while they're drunk and worn out. All those dead pirates are buried on the Cactus Rocks. Igarappoi sends everyone to get Zoro, only to find him gone without a trace. Who or what is Baroque Works?

The Baroque Works agents think Zoro is the real captain, because of his skills. And used Luffy to cover his image. Zoro goes up against Miss Monday(who has a pair of brass knuckles). But Zoro easily defeated her by pushing her down with a single hand after a slight bruise from the brass knuckles. Then Mr. 9 comes to show off his "Acro Bat" weapons. But was also easily defeat when Zoro forced him off the roof by using his swords. Next was Miss Wednesday and her giant duck: Carue's turn to fight him. She used her "Aluring Perfume Dance" which paralyzed Zoro's body. She was about to attack him with a wire, but Carue was too stupid to go straight and feel off the roof. These guys were all embarrassing, even those Mr. 9 said that the ones with the lowest numbers for names are the strongest. Then Mr. 8 uses his Saxophone shotgun which made Zoro run for it. Then Mr. 9 got hold of Zoro and told him not to move unless he wants to see Miss Wednesday finish off the sleeping Luffy. Mr. 8 shows off his hidden cannons in his curled hair. And was ready to fire on Zoro, right till he blocked the attack by using Mr. 9 as a shield and threw towards Miss Wednesday and Carue. Zoro used Luzzy's gut as a trampoline to get to Mr. 8. Zoro slash Mr. 8, and was defeated. Now the night seemed peaceful once more for Zoro. Right till the wounded Mr. 8,9, Miss Monday,Wednesday, and Carue are met by Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine. Just remain alive for the sake of their kingdom. Mr. 9 battles Mr. 5 while Vivi escapes with Carue. Mr. 9 got defeated easily by Mr. 5's Nose Fancy Bomb. As they attempt to chase and kill Vivi. Igaram insisted that Zoro should protect the princess. Zoro didn't think so, not when they were trying to kill them off earlier. There is in fact a reward involved for the ones who bring back the princess safe to Arabasta. Nami was interested in the reward, and told Zoro to look after the princess. Zoro wanted to know why he'd take orders from her. Nami noted that he owes her 200,000 Belli from their last trip to Loguetown. Do his part, and they'll be even. Vivi and Carue run towards their way to escape the island. Only to find that Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine aren't too easy to get rid of. According to Igaram, they both have Devil's Fruit abilities. Mr. 5 is a Bomb Man who can made the simplest things into a bomb. While Miss Valentine is a Kilo person, who can dive down on her umbrella at high kilos to create a deadly shock on the ground. Season 2, Episode 20: Deliver Princess Vivi! Luffy Pirates Depart

Original Air Date—29 April 2001
Luffy and Zoro defeated Miss Valentine and Mr. 5 while they fight their pointless battle. Nami came by and put an end to it. Luffy soon learned what really happened and forgive Zoro for thinking he killed the locals for nothing. Nami tells Vivi that they'll do it only for a matter of money. Vivi however doesn't have anything in return, she just wants to be returned to her home land safely. Nami didn't get why a princess wouldn't have any money. Vivi explained that her kingdom was wealthy long ago. Right until it got into a civil war. Which was caused by the Baroque Works Organization. She & Igaram joined it as Mr. 8 & Miss Wednesday in attempt to know who was responsible for it. Mr. 0 the leader has plans to create an ideal nation. But it's all a lie. And Vivi must get back to Arabasta to prevent her people from thinking that Ideal Nation is all good. They asked who Mr. 0 really is. Vivi wasn't suppose to reveal the true name of Mr. 0. But accidentally said Crocodile. The Unluckies were there and know that Nami, Luffy, & Zoro know the secret and are put on the death list for Mr. 0. Now that they're faces are known, Nami got angry at Vivi for spilling the beans and thinks that all hope is lost. Igaram comes by in a less convincing disguise as Vivi and 3 Straw Hat pirate decoys. He plans to distract the hunters who'll be after them. Nami finds this all to be a stupid plan and Crocodile will try to kill them. Luffy asked about Crocodile's statics. Igaram explained that Crocodile is one of the Shichibukai, a government sanctioned pirate, who's no-longer on the wanted lists. His bounty before was 80 million Belli, 4 times more than Arlong's bounty. He asked Luffy if he'll accept to protect Vivi, and he did. Igaram in his Vivi costume is about to depart, and got the eternal pose from Vivi. Unlike the log pose, the eternal pose never forgets the magnetic field of one island it's set to. Which can give a person a better chance in getting to Arabasta. He tells Vivi to get to Arabasta as soon as possible under the care of the Straw Hat Pirates. Vivi wasn't sure if it was all right for Igaram to go by himself, but accepted the plan. Everything seem to work out fine as Igaram sailed his ship off from Catcus Island, right till the ship was destroyed with a large blast. Luffy didn't show a sign of emotion, but just shouted that igaram was a great man. Which was their cue in leaving the island as the one who destroyed that ship is one of Baroque Work's hunters. Vivi was shock to see her friend gone so sudden. Nami tells her that they need to leave, and will be sure to get her home. Luffy went to grab the sleeping Usopp and Sanji, who still don't know what has happened since the party. Zoro prepared the ship to cast off & Vivi's pet duck Carue made it to the ship. And they departed from Whiskey Peak. Zoro asked Vivi how many are employed to Baroque Works. Vivi said there are 2000 at least. And there are other towns like Whiskey Peak that have hunters on the job. Nami finds that the force of Baroque Works is greater than imagined. Usopp and Sanji woke up and are angry that they're leaving what they thought was a fun town. Nami knocked them out to shut them up. It was morning already and they're no longer in the Cactus Island territory. Only they discovered that some strode away on board the "Going Merry". It was a woman who they discover is an agent for Baroque Works and the one who killed Igaram. Miss All-Sunday, a partner of Mr. 0, and the only one who knows Crocodile's true identity. And she finds it foolish for a princess to make enemies with Baroque Works in order to save a kingdom. Usopp, Sanji(who both don't know what is going on but know it's bad news), Zoro, and Nami were about to kill All-Sunday. But soon discovered that she has Devil's Fruit powers. As she made them put down their weapons without doing anything. She then said she wasn't under any orders to kill them at the moment. She grabbed Luffy's Strawhat without moving an inch, Luffy got mad, and Miss All-Sunday knows that he's wanted. But finds it sad that they're taking care of a princess who's wanted by Baroque Works. And they're only a small number in protecting her. And notes that they're worst luck of all is, that the direction they're heading to Little Garden, a much more dangerous island. They won't be able to make it to Arabasta if they go through Little Garden. Luffy didn't want to hear anymore and demanded to have his hat back. She did give it back, as well as the eternal pose, that Igaram had before. Which can lead them to an alternate route that'll avoid a trip in going to Little Garden. According to All-Sunday the eternal pose's needle points to Nanimonia Island, a near by island to Arabasta. None of Baroque Works' employees know about the route. Nami didn't get why All-Sunday is helping them. Zoro knows it's a trap, while Vivi was about to decide to take the safest route to her kingdom. Right till Luffy destroyed it in his hands. Nami kicked him in the face for breaking the eternal pose and their chances in getting to Arabasta quicker. Luffy however doesn't let anyone except him to decide on where they're going. And he doesn't take take directions from the one who killed Igaram. All-Sunday didn't bother to ask, but said if they survive, they'll meet again. She got off the ship and rode on her giant turtle, Banchi. Leaving Vivi clueless on what Miss Sunday's real intentions are. While Sanji and Usopp demand to know what is happening. After the whole story on what happened in Whiskey Peak, Sanji agreed to help protect Princess Vivi like a true knight in armor. While Usopp was glad that he slept from all the danger that occurred. Vivi wonder if it be alright to be on board their ship and putting them all in danger. Nami corrected her that they're all marked for death thanks to her. So now their next stop in the Grand Line is going to be Little Garden. And they're soon to find out that something big will await for them there.
