• Continuity: Maggie carries bag and black plastic "luggage" getting off the train and making phone call. But when she walks into grandma's room, the bag is missing.
  
  
• Continuity: When Ella is going through her crate of books, she takes them out of the crate, stacking them beside her, then puts them back in. However, when they cut to Maggie then back to Ella, the books are stacked next to her, instead of in the crate, and in a different order than they were originally pulled out.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: At numerous times throughout the film, especially when Simon and Rose talk on the deck about her not being pregnant, the camera and lights can be seen reflected in Simon's glasses.
  
  

• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Rose and her boyfriend are making a toast in her apartment we hear a perfect chiming sound. We can clearly see that they're both holding their glasses by the bowl instead of holding them from the stem. Holding a glass this way would never allow a chiming sound.
  
  
• Errors in geography: Maggie calls her grandmother from the train station in Deerfield beach. Deerfield Beach is south of Delray Beach, yet when driving back to grandma's house the ocean is on the left so they are clearly driving south the wrong direction.
  
  
• Continuity: When Maggie is standing in the road when her sister is leaving you can clearly see a car coming up close behind her. In the next scene it gets closer. There are no roads that lead off in the other direction, but she continues to stand there and the car never approaches or goes around her, and in the next scene the car is no longer there.
  
  
• Continuity: After Maggie breaks the heel off a pair of her sister's boots, she changes into leather boots (flat-soled) that she had in the car. She proceeds into the dog kennel. When she comes out later, and the car is missing, she is once again in the high-heeled boots.
  
  
• Continuity: When Rose and Simon are about to drink red wine in her apartment, Simon is holding his glass from the stem/by the bowl depending on the shot (from Rose's back/from his back).
  
  
• Continuity: At the end of the wedding when Rose gives the shoes to Maggie to give back to their grandmother, she initially puts it in front of Maggie on the table, then takes it back and puts it in front of herself, the scene cuts, but in the next scene the shoes are gone from the table.
