Fun Stuff

Trivia:
The head design of Graalok the Ash Bear was heavily based on the mask of Lewa Nuva, the Toa of Air, with strongly tweaked proportions. more
Goofs:
Plot holes: During the Onu-Koro siege scene, Toa Puhatu gets struck by Turahk's fear power and Toa Onua gets his strength drained by Vorahk's hunger power. Onua collapses to the ground, and Pohatu also stops moving. A couple of minutes later, they are up on their feet, and join the fight fully powered. It is never explained how they recovered so fast. Toa Tahu gets hit by Kurahk's anger power, and that doesn't wear off. In Onua's case, one could assume that his strength returned by itself. Pohatu might have also recovered from the fear Turahk's power subjected him to, but it is never shown. more
Quotes:
[first lines]
Turaga Vakama: Gathered friends, listen again to our legend, of the Bionicle. In a time, before time, the great spirit, Mata Nui, fell from the heavens, carrying we, the ones called the Matoran. We were separate, and without purpose, so the Great Spirit illuminated us with the three virtues: Unity, Duty, and Destiny!

Uncanny, 31 December 2003
Author: staisil2 from Wisconsin

This movie is a twist between Lord of the Rings and Warriors of Virtue. The concepts are similar, yet this movie has it's own uniqueness as well. I enjoyed it, though it seemed to not take its time toward the end. 7.8 out of 10.
