The bleeps are a joke, so they're kept on the DVDs, with one exception. You can watch either the TV version of the Pilot or the Extended Pilot on DVD. The TV version's bleeped, and the extended version isn't.
Deleted scenes for most episodes, commentaries for three episodes per season (the Pilot, Beef Consomme, Let 'em Eat Cake, Good Grief, Ready, Aim, Marry Me, The Righteous Brothers, 2 Rita episodes and Development Arrested), some documentaries, and blooper reels for seasons 2 and 3.
