Goofs:
Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Sigint says that the enemies will not attack Snake from the back when he's wearing the Cold War camo. Actually the enemies won't attack from the front, they will attack from the back. This should be obvious anyway, because this camo depicts the Soviet flag on the front and the US flag on the back (the enemies are Russians). Also, you get this camo by defeating Volgin by stamina depletion and Volgin can only be attacked from the back.

As we all know, hype is a double edged sword, and this was one of the most hyped games of the year. It does not disappoint. The game is everything I was hoping for and more. Beautiful environments, smooth gameplay, and interesting story. Of course, if you have played the demo, you will notice they throw a couple of changes in to the opening sequence. You haven't even started to play and they are messing with you mind.
The loading time is shorter, the controls are better, and the whole cure system adds a new element to the game. Also, the whole environment can either be your ally or your enemy. There are so many options on how to proceed, I am sure that many gamers will have a very different gaming experience than others.
Anyway, if you are new to the metal gear series or still reeling from the perceived disappointment of MGS2, this game will make you a true fan.
This is what Metal Gear games are supposed to be like.
