- Continuity: After Blade is arrested, the psychiatrist's jacket is alternately open/closed between shots.
- Continuity: When Danica interrogates Blade after being captured by the police, she switches positions between shots.
- Continuity: Early in the movie in the interrogation room, a side shot shows Asher with a cigarette in his mouth as he undoes Blade's restraints. In the next shot, the cigarette disappears.
- Continuity: When Blade first jumps his car out of the semi-truck, one of the left-hand taillights is out. Seconds later, it is fixed.
- Revealing mistakes: During the fight between Triple H and Ryan Reynolds, there are a few punches that clearly don't hit the other person, yet they stumble back as if they've been hit.

- Continuity: When Blade is imprisoned, the psychiatrist questions and mocks him. When the camera is besides the psychiatrist and facing Blade, you see that Blade keeps his head turned to the right, so he has to look through his left eye corners to see the psychiatrist. - Incorrectly regarded as goofs: In Blade Trinity, Drake appears to have a scar on his chest, now while it is said one who is born a vampire cannot be scarred, but it is possible that drake being the first of his kind that the mark on his chest is what i believe could be like a tribal marking which was given to him upon his creation, and if you look close it appears to be a marking and not a scare that you would get from a injury.
- Continuity: Right before Drake bites the neck of the Goth Wannabe Vixen in the chair, you can see that her collar is completely ripped off her neck twice during the struggle.
