• Factual errors: Unless they had a satellite filming the satellite, there is no way they could see it on their monitors.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Notes for the actor are clearly visible When Agent Block reads a note from Travis Hunter.
  
  
• Continuity: Throughout the scene when Mai Ling is fighting the doors behind her switches from closed to open. Even when leaving the room the mistake is repeated.
  
  

• Continuity: When Kuroda is informing his men of Travis Hunter's existence for the first time, the henchman with the brown hair and goatee is holding an MP3 player and leans forward while his boss speaking. In the shot that immediately follows, however, he has a cigarette to his mouth and is reclining with his back against the couch.
  
  
• Continuity: When Mai Ling kills Kuroda's henchman who's wearing sunglasses, he apparently loses his shades for two shots but is seen wearing them in the next.
