Unleashing the Monster on Discovery Channel, 29 March 2004
Author: RocknRollTakeover83 from Massachusetts

'Monster Garage' has gone from 'new show' to 'Discovery Channel Marquee Headliner.' This show is extremely popular with everyone from kids to adults. It's even spawned a spin-off 'Monster House.' Is this show worthy of the waves it has caused? Absolutely. Shows like "American Chopper," "American Hotrod," and most anything on Speed Channel are all well and good (especially if you're being serious about builds or modifications), but 'Monster Garage' is the Quasimodo of Car shows. These are, suffice to say, mods that you wont see anywhere else. Boats that are stripped and turned into shark skiffs, Stunt Cars with Bike Ramps attached to the side, Porsche's that are turned into Driving Range Ball Collectors, and (currently watching) a Police Cruiser that is being turned into a mobile donut maker. Those are only a taste of what host Jesse James and the weekly crews can whip up. You don't send your car to these guys if you want it lowered and race modified. You send your car to these guys if you want completely specific and original ideas to be carried out.

Always Fun, Always Fast, and Always Ridiculous. That's the Monster Garage way.
