Well...I have to say "Intermission" is a laugh and a half! Oh n Cillian Murphy is SO cute. It's true what people have said i'm afraid; being Irish would definitely help u 2 understand the movie a bit better. However, i'm half n half. Half Irish and half Scottish. So all is not lost for those who r not the 100%. Don't worry. This movie definitely does give the rest of the world a peak into Irish culture. Some parts, of course r not as bad as portrayed, but some r sadly (Believe me)
Seeing this movie at the pictures was a complete waste, as I spent majority of the time explaining the cracks to my "non-Irish" friends!Haha. So, if u r NOT Irish, then the subtitles option is always at the ready!
I believe this movie is worth a watch.
It's all about the "Banter!"
