Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Some nudity (breasts) and sex scenes.

Violence & Gore

There's a description of a tool throughout that smashes animals brains. In addition a guy talks about using it on a couple.

A guy suffocates an his old man

There's a bar fight, a guy hits and shoves a lady.

A horse is killed (off screen, but we see the results in a pool)

A guy throws something at another guy's head (after being taunted) and it hits and there's blood.

A guy throws a lady down a hole.

A guy beats a police lady up (Not shown; we see the bloody results and she's still moving as her sister has arrived)

There's a fight at the end which is pretty violent.

A guy blows another guy's vehicle up. We see it go up in flames. A guy destroys a guy's electronic equipment collection.

A guy finds a retainer and a couple of teeth. No blood though.

Profanity

Around 25 F-words (most of which come in two heavy waves), 1 finger, a few sexual references, some $hits and pi$$es, a few anatomical terms, 5 mild obscenities, 20 religious exclamations.

There's a bunch more profanity too in the deleted scenes including around 10 F-words.

Its never totally clear whether or not Dale is smoking pot/weed. He lights up a cigarette or joint and the family is nervous and he's going "It's okay. This." So that reference could be due to the fact that he's smoking pot, or that they are having a conversation (because he's an ex-criminal), or maybe both. Dale is seen smoking these things at some other points in the film.

There's a scene or two at a bar where there's drinking.

There's a bit of really disturbing violence and intense scenes.

Although there's not so much blood and gore, there is a good bit of squeamish descriptions.
