Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

None

Violence & Gore

A boy spends time in a concentration camp where guards make him very nervous. Brief suggestions of people being beaten. Nothing really shown. The boy has a bleeding cut on his dirty face as he toils. He remembers guards yelling because of something someone has done; someone is blamed for it and a guard raises a pistol at the camera (the victim) and a shot is heard. The actual shooting isn't seen.

A street fight breaks out between local communists and military personnel.

A boy tries to beat up another boy.

Profanity

None

A boy delivers bottles of wine to a party.

A boy runs into a burning barn to save a girl tied to a chair in the fire. (No one gets seriously hurt.)

Escape scenes where the boy fears he'll be caught; work camp scenes with officers yelling at prisoners. Nothing very shocking. Only the very young or very sensitive might mind.
