This movie has a true place in bottom 100. It has the classic stereotype token fat black kid, classic stereotype slob dad, classic stereotype orphaned kid, classic stereotype stupid detective who talks to the killer without realising and a classic stereotype killer-victim chase (why did he run into forest?).
The best part about this movie is Mr Ice cream Man himself. he looks like a cartoon, he has the most sinister wave I have ever seen, the most wooden acting this side of troll 2 and the strangest collection of fake looking ice creams that he keeps in nothing more than a cool box.
This is definitely some bad movie entertainment, given 1 star to increase it's chances of getting to the bottom 100.
