Trivia:

John Barrowman revealed on "Friday Night with Jonathan Ross: (#11.10)" (2006) that the line, "I'm a little wired... what do you say I take you home and eat your pussy?" was intended to make Jenny McShane laugh, and was not intended to stay in the film, however, the line was left in the final cut. On Al Murray's "Happy Hour" (2007), he revealed that the actress , contrary to his expectations of her ability, gave no reaction. This was ideal as his line was dubbed to '...and watch I Love Lucy' for the HBO TV version.

Goofs:

Factual errors: At the beginning the shark attacks and kills a diver supposedly operating at a depth of 1,500 feet. The footage of the shark eating the diver is that of a great white thrashing on the surface.

Without Question, the Funniest Film Ever Made

I can say in all seriousness that this film is the funniest I have ever had the good fortune to watch. The fact that the humor is unintentional only makes it that much better (unless this is all a joke and it really is supposed to be this bad). In any case, anyone who feels like their life is going poorly, just remember: not once, at any point in your life have you ever produced anything half as bad as this movie. Everything about this movie, from the script to the acting and, especially, to the special effects, is literally laugh-out-loud funny. I strongly strongly recommend Shark Attack 3: Megalodon to anyone who hasn't revelled in its B-movie glory.
