• Crew or equipment visible: When Laura (the mom) is chasing the hearse, and Frank and Marion (dad and daughter stop following her, a third shadow can be seen off to their right, running beside them.
  
  
• Continuity: When the family stops the first time they see the girl in white, we see a large dry spot in the road, and a tree. But when they turn around and head back the opposite direction, we see a shot of them passing the same spot and tree in the original direction they were traveling.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: They are out on a road in the middle of nowhere with no lights. But you can see streetlights on the throughout the stops on the road.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: After the shot-gun shoots the already "dead" mother you can see the vein on her neck pumping hard.
  
  
• Continuity: Frank closes his wife's eyes after she dies on the road, but in a subsequent scene where he pulls the sheet from her face, her eyes are open again.

• Continuity: SPOILER: The blood on the daughter's face, that gets there when she touches her forehead while taking the shotgun pellets out of the dad's leg, changes several times in subsequent scenes.
  
  
• Continuity: SPOILER: When the father and daughter are driving, they skid to a halt in front of the same cabin they've seen before. As they stop, you can see the skid marks on the road from previous takes.
