I've found this low budget chick flick to be about as deep as a bird bath. After having viewed this performance at a post production private screening for cast and crew, I can honestly say that I wouldn t waste my money to rent it out.
As a participant in this production as a background performer; I found it enjoyable to be apart of the production just because it has exposed me to the film industry from an actors stand point. I find it hard to imagine why any talented performer would want to take part in this production, except maybe for the fact that many of the cast and crew are native to the area anyway.
It came off as way too artsy and clique'ish for me, there was just no substance to it. I suspect that it was an apparent attempt to follow a story line about a murder investigation in Vancouver where a gang of girls kill one of their own out of jealousy because she had apparently shown interest in a boyfriend of the gang leader. To me these Prima-donna girls exhibited ill temperament and came across to be more like a bottle of cheap yankee beer, with no body, empty from the neck up and with a head full of foam.
