Considering the size of the voice clips (Only 2 to 4 seconds in length), you really have to give points to the voice actors and the directors. All of the dialog is dead-on with the characters and often designed to be situation specific. Eddie (David Arquette) on a large jump will interject with such comments as "I can see my house from here!" They even got Billy Zane voicing Brodi, the zen buddhist surfer.
Voice acting aside, this game features good graphics and outstanding gameplay. Feels vaguely Tony Hawk-esque, which is certainly a compliment.
The only down side to an otherwise golden game is the somewhat wonky controls. On the PS2 and the Gamecube, a player is required to use both the analog and digital control stick, while still maintaining the right-left buttons to manipulate a trick. Even though this is manageable, it requires a lot more hand movement then you'll probably be used to.
In the end this is still a great game. Go and try it.
