Trivia:

The kid sitting in the back of the van (next to the pea) originally appeared in "The Toy That Saved Christmas" and is a caricature of creator Phil Vischer's daughter.

Goofs:

Continuity: After the demonstration "slap of no return", there is a long shot showing the prisoners and the 'demo station'. The demo station still has a complete uncut rope even though it was cut to drop the slap.

Quotes:

If you're a Veggie-Tales fan ...

... you'll love it! Lots of insolent humour, good songs (a great Gospel number, for instance, and "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything"), and a moral -- a little broadly spread, but not unpalpable.

It's sort of nice to have God in a movie without his name being taken "in vain." Nice change from the sort of movie I prefer.

And my kids loved it.

I hope this gets a wider distribution before its video release.
