This is a decent enough sort of biography/documentary about Dario Argento and what makes him tick. He's a strange little guy, for sure, and speaks little English, which is sort of surprising in this day and age, I guess. It's interesting to hear what various people have to say about him, especially Asia Argento and Daria Nicolodi, who is Asia's mother. Also commentaries are provided by George Romero and John Carpenter, who both look pretty creepy themselves. Most of his films are given some sort of coverage and background except Four Flies On Grey Velvet is passed over rather quickly, and I was hoping to know a bit more about it since it's never been released on video in the US and to me is shrouded in mystery. Also noted is Argento's supposed attitude towards women since the violence in most of his movies seems directed toward them, but it's also pointed out that most of his movies also have heroines so that part is pretty much shot down. Anyway, nothing too intense but a decent little overview of Argento and his films. 7 out of 10.
