Trivia:
The picture of Doctor Weird's castle in New Jersey is actually taken from an episode of "The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest" (1996) called "Escape to Questworld". It's a shot of The Belle Isle Institute, where Dr. Jeremiah Surd is housed. The shot was originally the Himalayan outpost from the "Monster in the Monastery" episode of the 1964 series. moreQuotes:
Meatwad: [In front of a closet that has a sign that says "WARNING! DO NOT ENTER!] Carl, in here, no one won't ever think to look in here.[Opens the door to reveal a pink intestinal-like surface with a gaping black hole]
Meatwad: No one won't ever want to get near here.
Carl: You, uh, you sure about this?
Meatwad: Aww, just do it.
[Master Shake pushes Carl in and closes the door. A second later, the door opens up again, and Carl comes flying out of the closet screaming]
Meatwad: Whoops, my bad.
Frylock: [angrily closing the door] I told y'all: this closet is not to be opened, it is a horrible horrible place in there!
Meatwad: Well there's a knob there.
Frylock: Why do you think I put the sign there? You think I was being cute?

Aqua Teen Hunger Force is one of the funniest shows out there right now. When I first started watching it at the request of a friend, I thought it was the dumbest show I had ever seen. But after a few days of watching it, I realized that its random happenings are what makes it great. Both the Aqua Teens and the villains are brilliantly written and quite charming once you learn their idiosyncrasies and mannerisms. Also, the episodes are easy to stick with because they are only eleven minutes long each. You don't have to sit through a bunch of commercial breaks for a half-hour. I must say, as a matter of opinion, that Master Shake is the best character on the show; he's so condescending and funny. That's the beauty part about this show; everyone who watches it picks one character or the other as their favorite. Some are like me and like Shake, while others like Frylock who seems stuck with his less intelligent roommates, and still others just like the randomness and vulnerability of Meatwad. They're all great. I hope this show lives on for a long time; it's brilliant.
