Sex & Nudity

Francine tells Evan to drops his pants for oral sex, Evan agrees, his underwear shows but the film goes to a different scene and this scene doesn't show.

Carly tells Scott he should be ready to supply her with a lot of orgasms.

Violence & Gore

the main theme of the movie is that a business man (Chris) wrecked into a group of friends car, (Jessie, Francine, Scott, Evan and Carly) on a West Virginia backroad. However, this road is in the middle of a small village where horribly disfigured cannibals are. Parents should know that the movie contains very graphic violence and gore including dismembered body parts and dead corpses.

Profanity

some R-Rated profanity

Francine and Evan are sharing marijuana on top of a car. Evan says he got it from his father's room.

Francine is shown smoking and searching for cigarettes in Chris's car.

Extremely gruesome depictions of the three mountain men villains. Various frightening/disturbing deformities and distortions of the face and appendages.

"Jump" scenes, including mountain man suddenly jumping down into a tree, a mountain man suddenly swinging an axe at Jessie (Elizah Dushku) out of nowhere.
